• Experience with WordPress plugin and theme development, architecture, and standards.
• Proficiency with PHP, including modern PHP practices (OOP, autoloading, namespacing, traits, interfaces, etc).
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript (vanilla JS, ES6, etc). We don't use jQuery.
• Familiarity with package managers such as Composer and NPM.
• SCSS with BEM code style. Flexbox, CSS Grid, Animations, etc.
• Competent with version control through git and GitHub.

• Ability to use and extend build tools like Webpack.
• ReactJS Experience.
• You understand the MVC design pattern.
• Experience with DevOps or infrastructure management. (Github Actions, CircleCI).
• Used docker and docker-compose previously for local development.
