Technical Support  Incident Analyst

• Monitoring, Investigation and diagnosis of Incident
• In-depth knowledge of  Linux and/or  Windows,  SQL and English
• 7 days a week, we run a variety of shifts (extra paid nights/holiday hours) OR standard 8h
• Services are provided to clients within fashion, food, hardware/tools, niched goods, air transportation.
