About You: 
 
For our Moldavian office we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, who will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our software development and deployment processes. As a DevOps Engineer you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery. Your expertise in infrastructure management, automation, and cloud technologies will be essential in maintaining a robust and agile development environment. 

About Your Experience and Skills: 

• 1+ year of experience as an DevOps Engineer or a similar role 
• Experience with Azure DevOps tools (such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, Azure Repos, and Azure Test Plans) 
• Experience with Azure infrastructure management (such as virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage accounts). 
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration  
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD 
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and version control systems (Git) 
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana) and experience implementing effective monitoring strategies. 
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing. 
• Understanding of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms. 
• Experience with scripting languages (preferable JavaScript/ECMAScript) 
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Ability to work effectively in team and individual 
• Advanced written and verbal English skills 

 What You Will do: 

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the software development lifecycle 
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes, automating build, test, and deployment processes 
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for continuous integration, automated testing, and configuration management 
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment orchestration 
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure 
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, collaborating with development and operations teams to implement effective solutions 
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met by implementing appropriate security controls and best practices 
• Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization to ensure scalability and efficiency of infrastructure 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement release management processes and strategies 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation technologies. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement 
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for production systems, responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues as needed
