We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic and friendly team.
What are we looking for?
- You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to pick up the phone
- You are a true team player who enjoys working with colleagues
- You speak and write English and German on a high level (French is a big plus!)
- You have a friendly and motivated attitude
- Sales experience is a bonus (not mandatory), but enthusiasm and proactivity matter most!
- Actively following up on open quotations and calling customers
- Maintaining contact with (potential) clients across Europe
- Collaborating with Sales Engineers to help them close the quotations.
- Contributing to the company's success by converting quotes into orders.
- Providing administrative support to the sales department
- Daily shared lunches
