Currently, we deliver a web application, which is visible on a phone due to the responsive design, but as we want to provide a mobile app experience to our customers we want to invest in a mobile app so we can bring our application closer to the end-users. There are several phases in this project where we will port functionality from our website towards the mobile app such as support cases, dashboards, webshop, and many other features.
 

For this mobile app, we are searching and building a dedicated team to produce and maintain this app which will be an important entry point towards our services. 
 

Therefore we believe React Native would be the best fit and closest to our technology stack. This team will be integrated into our existing development team which works in an agile way and along, all the guidance which is required will be foreseen.

 

The potential of the platform is high and it's expected to have multiple thousands of users using it. It's built with the newest technologies and has a complete microservice design.  

Your day-to-day:
⦁ Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create a web application that runs on multiple platforms
⦁ Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
⦁ Complete two-week sprints, and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
⦁ Run OpenShift container platform on-prem within the Cegeka DC
⦁ Test and update web applications so that they can be used on all web browsers
⦁ Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of mobile applications. 
 
Your superpowers:
⦁ At least 3 years of professional experience in Native React.
⦁ Good Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
⦁ Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
⦁ Understanding of code written in Python (back-end) and ReactJS/NodeJS (front-end)
⦁ Security by design (including penetration tests)
⦁ Agile team (sprints, retro's, code reviews, release based)
⦁ English language proficiency.
