We're currently building a new ecosystem for the customer that will ensure the integration of external applications with the customer’s Dynamics365 environment. The person in this role will focus on presales activities, ramp-up and training plans for the new teams, as well as coding and architecture supervision.

Your typical day:

• Analyse customer needs, if required, with internal technical experts and propose correct (technical) solutions to ensure that we can comply in the best possible way with customer preferences and expectations.
• Support drawing up technical quotations, as well as offer commercial tech support and negotiate solutions together with the sales team to bring new customers or retain the existing ones.
• Analyse, design, and document new features of the system or enhancement to existing ones to meet current and future needs.
• Follow up on the implementation of the architecture with the development team and ensure the quality of the delivered product.
• Provide training regarding technical details of the product to the Key Accounts and/or local representatives of the products to ensure that technical knowledge is available amongst all stakeholders.
• Ensure you are well-informed about the evolutions within the specific field and that your knowledge is up-to-date within the context of new developments.
• Design and build new highly available and scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure the durability of the integration solutions.
• Build and create a proof of concepts on top of the latest frameworks, products, and technologies.
• Bring solid expertise and input with regard to team ramp-up and technical onboarding.
• Guarantee high quality of the delivered work.

• Fullstack .NET development and software architecture exposure
• Architectural styles & patterns, the C4 model
• Strong experience in developing custom web applications
• Proven knowledge of Azure Integration Services and Azure DevOps + Azure components (API management, application gateway, networking, service bus, logic apps, function apps, key vault, YAML deployments)
• TDD and DDD, XP practices
• In-depth knowledge of communication protocols, messaging patterns, REST/SOAP, APIs design
• Data integration, data governance (MDM)
• ALM, CI/CD
• Requirements gathering techniques
• AWS/Google Cloud know-how is a plus
• Graduate of Computer Science/Cybernetics/Information Technology/Electronics College
• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
